Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

Bea home è una casa di famiglia recentemente ristrutturata. Ci sono due ampie camere, una è vista lago così come il soggiorno con terrazzo dove pranzare all'aperto. Un bagno finestrato completo di lavandino, doccia ed entrambi i sanitari. Una cucina con lavastoviglie, microonde, frigo freezer e fornelli ad induzione. Il giardino ha anche un posto auto interno alla proprietà. Nelle vicinanze supermercato, farmacia, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie, negozi anche per il noleggio di biciclette ed e-bike.

Ci troviamo a San Zeno di Montagna, un piccolo paese affacciato sul lago di Garda come un balcone naturale, ad una decina di minuti dalle spiagge del lago e a pochi chilometri di distanza da Verona. L’appartamento si trova a piano terra.

La nostra famiglia vi accoglierà con gioia nel vecchio fienile accanto alla nostra casa. Qui potrete assaporare la quiete ad un passo da Verona e dal lago di Garda immersi nelle viti della Valpolicella. "La Casetta" si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The apartment is 60m2 with King size double bedroom with a balcony, spacious bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed, kitchen and dining table. Common areas are atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection
