Smještaj se nalazi u selu Pošćenski Kraj, u zoni NP Durmitor koji je na UNESCO Listi. Preciznije, "Koliba" se nalazi u samom podnožju Durmitora- Savinog kuka. Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. U kolibi se nalazi mala kuhinja potpuno opremljena, bračni krevet , sto sa stolicama, mala sofa za odmor i kupaonica. Cijelim prostorom dominira drvo, što je tradicionalno za Durmitor. Na zahtjev organizujemo sve vrste Durmitorskih aktivnosti kao što su : Jahanje konja, rafting i zipline na rijeci Tari, jeep Safari, kanjoning , planinarenje, taxi usluge .
