Also you can enjoy the shared pool **At this moment there is construction next to the property so the price is Low!** A stairway leads from the apartment down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. The apartments includes: *Daily cleaning *Access to the shared pool *Concierge service *Security guard at night *Parking area is shared and subject to availability IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views. Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car, a quad (ATV) or Buggy. Guests with bigger vehicles would have to park down the road, at the main parking lot (if available) and walk 100 metres up the hill to the apartment***

We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages. We are pet friendly and offer laundry service for a fee

Lovely studio - Great food & surf on the doorstep!

Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.
