The walkway from the driveway to the basement uses pavers, and it may be difficult to manage for someone with mobility issues. The owner and dog will often be upstairs.

Space has its own private entrance so you can check in and out on your own using a keypad lock. Can easily walk to downtown and the VT campus. Public transportation is also close by.
