Arbor House

The Arbor house is a 400 square foot, 1 bedroom guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to the house. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. We are just outside the city limits (by 100 feet) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and hardy shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of Southeast Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

Central among more than a dozen state and national parks and monuments, and many ancient ruins.

Only 50 minutes from Moab and arches, it's great for seeing all the sites without paying the big prices. We also provide blazing fast fiber optic WiFi. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

This single bedroom apartment has a private entrance, a queen bed in the bedroom, a hide-a-bed in the living room, a bathroom with spacious shower. Towels and bedding included. Fully equipped kitchen. Satellite TV. Washer and dryer. Internet. This apartment was originally built for my wheelchair-bound sister so it is totally handicapped accessible.
