The Tower, Thornton Castle

Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. This self-contained house is bright and welcoming, has an open plan living area, log burning fire, garden space and free Wifi. Hill walk, wild-swim or mountain bike straight from the door. We offer a bike wash station and secure lock up for your bikes. Play golf or visit our local distilleries. Discover Royal Deeside's rich history. What ever you plan for your break, come back and relax at 2 1/2.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

This light, bright and airy first floor flat situated in a central location is the perfect base to explore the delights of the busy market town of Inverurie, as well as further afield. It is just 5 minutes walk to the train station, supermarket and other local amenities. The flat has charming traditional features throughout but is fully modernised, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hosts will be on hand during your stay and happy to share their knowledge of the local area if required!

Old Stable cottage is a 1 bedroom converted Barn/Stable, with fully serviceable kitchen, Fabulous large walk-in shower, beautifully converted living room, wifi, large wall mounted TV and fully central heated, warm & Cosy, sleeps 2 in the upper bedroom, has a small enclosed garden and parking space at the side, and we do welcome small well-behaved dogs. We are situated in the heart of Aberdeenshire, close to miles of walking, cycling and located perfectly to base your adventure from.

Beautifully renovated, quiet and light self contained annexe offering breath taking views of the River Spey valley. Snuggled in the heart of Speyside (between Aberlour & Rothes), Calderwood Annexe, is the perfect base from which to explore the world famous Whisky Country, Scottish Highlands, Cairngorm National Park and Moray Coastal Trail. Free from noise or light pollution, surrounded by woodland and wonderful open countryside, Calderwood Annexe offers complete peace and serenity.

Spacious holiday home and garden

Relax with the whole family in this secluded home in a peaceful, friendly village. This two-bedroom cottage is set across two floors. Downstairs is a spacious open-plan living/dining room with French doors leading to the private patio, equipped with charcoal barbecue and outdoor dining. The generous kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a separate utility room/toilet. Upstairs are the double and twin bedrooms sharing a luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower.

Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.
