Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

Carnegie’s location is a dream come true, both I-79 and I-376 run through our town. Our property is a recently refreshed home featuring central air, off street parking, two fun decks with a courtesy propane grill, a covered front porch to sit and relax on, a complimentary laundry facility, and a updated kitchen to cook meals in. Nestled in the middle of an adorable community of stone cottages, this historic structure built in 1938 was the first home John Mattys built in this neighborhood. He went on to build all the houses on Mattys (named after himself) and Oceanas Avenues (named for the sisters that commissioned and lived in this duplex). This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

Relax at Yellow Mellow, a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to Pittsburgh (18 miles), Cranberry (12 miles), Sewickley (5 miles) and I-79. This older home has charm and character. Three bedrooms and two baths provide space to spread out. Dining room with seating allows for family meals with fully equipped kitchen. Rest and recharge from the porch swing, or relax in the fenced in yard with fire pit and covered patio.
