At our doorstep you will find the South West Coastal path leading you along stunning coastal views & ancient landmarks, as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea to enjoy hikes & cycle rides. The beautiful beaches of Sandymouth, Bude and Widemouth Bay are close attracting surfers all year around.

The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Pippins is a gorgeous shepherd's hut in a romantic and magical location. There's everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. A bathroom with shower and compost loo (don't worry it's fine!). A kitchen area with hob, microwave and fridge, in case you decide not to pop along to The Bush nearby! The wood burner will keep you toasty warm. There’s also a BBQ for al fresco dining. Last, but by no means least, we heat up the amazing wood-fired hot tub for your own exclusive use.
