Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and so many cute shops.

We have an eclectic decor,with a great balcony view of the St.Clair river. Just relax and watch the freighters and pleasure boats go by. If your looking for lunch or finer dining we are just blocks from Gars (with their famous 1# burgers) and brew; The Fish Company is walking distance with their new addition up stairs with expansive balcony, and oh did I mention they have great food. Come relax at the Lavender House's upper flat! The space is overflowing with old world charm, hardwood floors, stained glass, and a large balcony facing downtown Detroit. The house was built in 1900. It is nestled next to an ambling flower garden and wooded area, with ample space for outdoor hangs. There is a fire pit and playscape for the little ones. We are just 2 miles from downtown so you can enjoy what the city has to offer, then unwind in this lovely urban countryside.

With CITY VIEWS enjoy easy access to all VENUES and GAMES this Historically Vintage building is more than 90 years old. My apartment is located on the 6 floor with a gated elevator which sometimes does not work so if you can not walk to the sixth floor, this might not be for you. with only a block walk to little Caesars Areana and free parking. This is a diamond in the rough. Once in my Apt it’s cozy with all the comforts of home. I encourage week stays . Enjoy the Views!!
