Take the staircase to the shore, watch the tide change and look for your favorite shore bird - guillemots, loons and eagles are frequent visitors. Just a short drive from downtown shops, galleries, and the scenic waterfront, this peaceful getaway offers both privacy and convenience. This unit is one of two located above a detached garage, the owners live on the property in a separate building. 2026 Updates include: firm mattress topper and a sound machine.

This room is part of the Merrybell Motel, a classic roadside motel on Rt 1. There is one queen bed in the room which comfortably sleeps two people.
