Big 1 bed cottage has comfy King mattress + 2 sleeper futons. The Cabin (only open May 1-Oct 31) has kitchenette, bathroom & Queen bed. A backyard path to hammock & chill spot by Ripples (view only, but 1/2 mile away is Long Pond for swimming, canoe/kayak rental). Grill. Firepit. Tranquility! Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch before heading out for a hike around Long Pond, a swim at Echo Lake, or a walk into town for the weekly Farmer’s Market, shops and restaurants - all a mile or less away! End your day around the outdoor fire pit, roasting marshmallows or enjoying an evening cocktail.

This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home (each bedroom with its own full bathroom) is situated in a private, wooded setting on the edge of Southwest Harbor's bustling village. All on one level, it offers sophisticated yet comfortable furnishings in an open floor plan design. Each bedroom has a full bath. It’s close to several Acadia National Park access points (Long Pond and Echo Lake are both within a 5 minute drive). This home offers extra wide doorways accomodating those with mobility issues.

The Seamist Cottage - Converted Historic Barn

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.
