The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common - all within easy walking distance of the unit.

Close to Mt Washington (10 mins), Tuckerman's Ravine and a gateway to over 1400 miles of snowmobile / ATV trail systems & 6 interconnected parks, including Jericho State Park, as well as numerous hiking trails (Appalachian Trail). Wildcat and Sunday River resort are close-by.
