Ο χώρος είναι προσφάτως ανακαινισμένος και τα έπιπλα αναπαλαιωμένα με την τεχνική της πατίνας. Φιλοξενεί 6 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή παρέες φίλων. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .
