Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. 'The Annex' is a two minute walk from Porthleven village in a secluded location. The Cornish fishing village is bustling with activity. It is a 'foodies heaven' with a range of eateries to cater for all tastes and budgets. There are 4 pubs in the village all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely art galleries. Renovated to a very high standard. King Size bed with modern fitted kitchen. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite shower room. Outside seating area which is a real sun trap.

There is an outside patio area with stunning sea views. Coverack is a quaint fishing village with a tidal beach and working harbour. It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful coastal walks and easy access to the other delightful villages on the Lizard Peninsula.

Outside there is a secure, private seating/bbq area, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. Close to our village Co-op and a walk to the local pub.

A stunningly situated 3 bedroom house, overlooking idyllic Polurrian Beach on the edge of the Lizard. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Cosy Studio Barn Close to the Coast

Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
