Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Hello there! As I travel a lot (mostly for sailing or hiking), my small flat in the middle of Munich is often vacant. During this time, I like to rent it out to other travellers. My flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Isar river and it has good public transport connections that take you to the city centre in a few minutes. My Apartment is good for couples, solo adventure, Business traveler anf furry friends (pets). In a few minutes you are at Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and German Museum. Smoking is prohibited! Meine Unterkunft (27 m²) ist gut für Paare, einzelne Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!
