Flat is in a private house with separate entrance, furnished with love, everything is new. There is a leather sofa in living room that turns into a real bed. Flat has two smart TV (Netflix, international programs). The shop and the bus stop is right next door. We offer you a bus card so that you can take the bus to the the city center. Location is really good for exploring Slovenia. The ceiling height is 2.10 m, but it is bright, fresh and has special air ventilators for clean air all times.

Just 8 km out of Ljubljana city center where city meats nature we placed four beautiful high class houses on a riverbank of Sava. All are completely made out of wood - environmentaly friendly and offer very positive feeling for guests. They are fully equiped, so visitors just need to bring food/drinks and slippers to start enjoying nature. On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!

Family house in green suburb Ljubljana

Great, quiet location suitable for families. Parking in front of the house, small garden in the back. Close to the mountains, we recommend hike to Šmarna gora with beautiful view over Ljubljana on top. Only 5 minutes walk to the Sava Wild Waters. Grocery market, pharmacy and bakery are just around the corner. The bus to city centre is 2 min away. There are a few good restaurants nearby. Looking forward to see you!
