Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

You can fish, take whale watching tours and eat at some of the finest restaurants in Southern California.

Everything is brand new from the new stainless steel kitchen appliances with white quartz countertops to the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook a homemade meal if you choose. There is a coffee maker and coffee provided. A beach theme was used to decorate the entire condo that truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a sound sensitive neighbor, please no running/loud noises on first floor.

Bike/boat rentals. Spa m/oversized pool. Absolutely NO PETS, NON SMOKER. We look forward to hosting you. Please note: The primary bedroom is an open concept(there isn’t a bedroom door to lock it off). Laundry room is on the garage level. You will need a laundry prepaid card to utilize.
