The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed.

Stylish, modern, stand alone accommodation with outside seating area and BBQ. The property offers secure gated parking for 2/3 cars. The accommodation is within 10 acreas of grounds which offers some special touches, walks, picnics, watching the sun rise or set and outside games . We can also taylor make your weekend to add some more treats and expereinces. Special occassions on request - flowers, champagne, canapas, balloons, picnic food, afternoon tea, beauty theropist and floristry classes.

THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The Forge is situated within the garden courtyard of the family home. The site was originally part of a stud farm, with the main house belonging to the manager and the Forge accommodated stallions and their mares. The property is independent from the main house with heating supplied from the separate boiler house, comprises a wonderful large beamed double bedroom with en-suite and a fine small kitchen/dining and living area which can accommodate two additional truckle beds on request.

The Former Stables

A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is around 550 sqft and has a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfortable open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and a limestone shower room. And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.
