The lounge area has a sofa, flatscreen TV, dining area. There are 2 double bedrooms. One has a 140x200cm bed and the other is 135x190cm. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The bathroom has a WC and shower. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, Bosch AEG washing machine dryer combo, ironing equipment. For guests staying 28 days or more, we provide clean bed sheets and towels once a week and we offer weekly cleaning for discounted price. The flat has a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies available. PLEASE NOTE: Fourth floor without elevator (4 levels of stairs), LATE Check-ins may have a surcharge, check with the Host. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo. Si vienes con niños o bebés, avísanos con tiempo; si tenemos disponibilidad, te dejamos una cuna o una trona para que no tengas que cargar con la casa a cuestas. Sinceramente, no creemos que con todo lo que hay que ver en Barcelona te haga falta, pero tienes televisión por si una noche decides que el mejor plan es simplemente quedarse a ver una película. VALLS 7, located on a 19th century building, is a 2019 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 4th floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
