Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, τη Μύρινα. Το σπίτι είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος και είναι ημιυπόγειο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δυο ή τρία άτομα, καθώς υπάρχουν δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένας καναπές που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει φούρνος και δυο μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ. Επίσης, μερικά απο τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού απέχουν λίγα μόλις μέτρα από το σπίτι, όπως το μουσείο, το κάστρο και η κεντρική αγορά με τα καταστήματα. Παρέχεται δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο κτίριο.

Είναι κατάλληλα σχεδιασμένο για οικογενειακές διακοπές ή διακοπές με φίλους. Διαθέτει κλιματιστικό και στα 3 υπνοδωμάτια, πλυντήριο 7kg, wi-fi με γρήγορη σύνδεση και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Και τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν καινούργια κρεβάτια με αναπαυτικά στρώματα μεγέθους king size.

Πρόκειται για σπίτι περίπου 40 τ.μ., που αποτελείται από σαλονοκουζίνα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο και απέχει λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, beach bars, και ταβέρνες. Διατίθενται ηλεκτρικές συσκευές (πιστολάκι, σίδερο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρας και air condition). Η πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, Μύρινα, απέχει περίπου δεκαπέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.
