Our cottage is located on 40 riverside acres where we farm cattle within the quaint Nabiac village. Newly completed, this modern and stylish cottage boasts expansive views over paddocks and the river. Guests may decide to stay and enjoy the quiet farm life or use it as a basecamp to explore the local area. In a short drive, guests can explore pristine beaches and country markets. Or stay in Nabiac and enjoy great cafes and local shops. Your stay includes afternoon tea and a breakfast basket.

The Lake House on Amaroo - Waterfront/Free Wifi

The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer.

The Boomerang in Nabiac

Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful getaway, away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Your only a short 5 min walk to Nabiac Village shops, including cafe and a pub, both with great food. Local swimming pool (closed in the winter months) kids skate park and playground. Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful environment. Our cottage is located on 2.5 acres, just off the Pacific Highway, 2 km south of Nabiac and is separate from the main house. The cottage is great as an overnight stop or to enjoy an extended stay and explore the surrounding areas. It is just a short drive to the pristine beaches of Forster, Tuncurry and Hallidays Point or choose to stay in Nabiac and enjoy great cafes, local shops and a great meal at the Nabiac Hotel.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Baroona Dairy Cottage is located just 5kms out of Nabiac on the Mid North Coast, close to beautiful beaches, forest hikes & cafes. We're only 3 mins from the Pacific Hwy, 20 mins from Blackhead & Diamond Beach and 25 mins from Forster/ Tuncurry. Once a working dairy, now converted to a one bedroom cottage with a spacious, sun-filled living area, full kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and cosy Queen-sized bedroom with a beautiful outlook onto the paddocks.
