Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. Fraisthorpe Beach, Flamborough and Bridlington only a 20-to-25-minute drive away, if relaxing by the east coast is your preference. York and Scarborough are also within a 40-minute drive.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. If you’re looking for somewhere to spend time, relaxing with lovely views, or to explore the amazing attractions in North Yorkshire we’re in a great location to do both. We offer en suite bathroom, WiFi, Smart Tv. Microwave, electric grill, toaster and kettle. Heating and log burner let’s us offer breaks all year round. We can’t accommodate Children and infants.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
