The space is BIG, bright, clean and spacious! We really enjoy hosting so we love to provide as much extra as possible. Private key code entrance so no need to keep up with keys! Better than a hotel room! The house is kept very clean. Sheets are 100% linen and super cozy! Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets so you can be super cozy. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach bag are all available for you to use! We provide a coffee bar, water and will always have a little snack for you!

Enjoy the use of 3 paddle boards & a kayak off of the private dock or head to the nearby beach access with the provided necessities and then come back to enjoy spectacular sunset views from the private deck & hot tub.

The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well appointed with a laid back feel. Apartment features a private ground floor entrance, free parking and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.

With epic ocean views from the porch (or from every window inside), you're gonna be stoked to just hang and relax while people-watching & listening to the waves break. Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
