The cottage is five minutes walk from the centre of Helston where you will find shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is not wheelchair friendly.

St. Ives, Porthleven, St. Michael's Mount and the golden beaches of Hayle are all nearby. The New Barn sits in mature grounds. Porthleven is 15 minutes’ drive and offers friendly pubs and excellent food.

We're dog-friendly with over 100 acres of farm to explore, including a Labyrinth & stone circles. The cottage has traditional comforts, including a large granite fireplace.
