Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

Sweet Suite in Narragansett, RI

This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest!

Charming Waterfront cottage

The charming waterfront home is directly across the street from a small private beach. Perfect area for families with young children. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfect home base. Centrally located in downtown Wakefield. Walk to the bike path and restaurants. 10 minutes to town and state beaches. Nicely appointed kitchenette, with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/ air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Easy day trips include Providence, Newport, Watch Hill, or Mystic. Take the ferry to Block Island from nearby Galilee.
