NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Aldi is conveniently a 5-minute walk from the property.

View: If you want a scenic outdoor view, this may not be suitable. Noise: Minor noise may occur upstairs, but it’s kept at a reasonable level.

Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus is at the door and will have you in town in around 10 minutes. If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.
