Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The space occupies the entire third floor of our house, which has been completely remodeled of our Victorian house in the University neighborhood. We are a mile from SU campus and Carrier Dome. The Wescott Theatre is a block away. A block away from Wescott Street with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. This is a private space on the third floor with a shared entrance through our house. Newly remodeled bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom and more! We have Zoey, our dog, that is a sweetheart.

This is a comfortable 2-bedroom home (w/ two queen beds) in Syracuse’s popular Tipperary Hill neighborhood. It has all the amenities (Wi-Fi, laundry, etc.), in a pleasant location. Just a few yards from the Arboretum (great for dog walks!), it is also within walking distance of Coleman’s, the Blarney Stone, Recess Coffee and other Syracuse institutions. (One claim to fame of this proud historically Irish neighborhood is that it is home to the only stoplight in the US with the green on top!)

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
