Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Facilities: a fan, an iron, a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, sat tv, radio -10 min to center of Mali Lošinj by walk -2 km to center of Veli Lošinj -beach 5 m

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, fritezom na vrući zrak, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu na kojoj se nalazi kamin na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je na javnoj površini ispred kuće. Dobrodošli!
