This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Approx 4 miles from York city centre and 1.5 miles from York racecourse. Free on street parking outside the cottage. It’s the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire dales, Skipton and Ilkley or taking in the beautiful Yorkshire coastal towns of Whitby,Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough and lovely market towns of Helmsley, Malton.
