We welcome guests to experience our peaceful, wooded 30 acre property located in the foothills of Nevada County. This a 1970s classic A-Frame cabin has hardwood flooring, a stone gas fireplace with a built-in flat screen TV, and a Hot Springs Spa with Lake Tahoe views surrounded by the Sierra mountains. Please note if you are a group with multiple parties working remotely this is not an ideal cabin, as it is structurally not designed for privacy.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
