Come and unwind in this quiet rural retreat, in the valley of the River Pang, in West Berkshire, which is in the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Very quiet and peaceful location - the only thing you will hear at night is the owls hooting! Miles of beautiful walks are on the doorstep, and we are also short drive from the Ridgeway. Excellent transport links to London/Heathrow airport, and close to the M4/A34 interchange. A warm welcome awaits you! (Adults only please)

The Hideaway Loft. Pool*, Sauna, Gym, Yoga classes

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

The Coach House Apartment

The Coach House apartment is newly converted , self contained with a fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bedroom and double bed on the galleried mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has fibre optic wi-fi , streamed TV, and a Sonos speaker for music - you will need the app ! The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Sail Loft is immediately adjacent to Poole Quay this beautiful holiday home has been newly renovated. You’ll love its unique urban loft style and proximity to Old Town Poole and all it has to offer. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families. Located across 3 floors The Sail Loft is home away from home. The stunning upper floor offers a unique space with metal beam, exposed steel metal trunking and industrial chic interior. It is a perfect central location to explore Dorset, with many attractions nearby, only 10min drive to the Cerne Abbas giant or Dorchester and 25min to the Jurassic Coast.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

The Coach House

Recently refurbished comfortable coach house with traditional features located in the heart of Southsea. This property has a private entrance with dedicated off road parking for one medium sized vehicle. We are able to park our Hyundai Tucson in the space to give an idea of size. There is street parking locally for which there is a charge paid via a street meter. Walking distance from the seafront, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard.
