Only a 10 minute drive into New Plymouth and beaches, 5 mins to the Egmont National Park. The Village hosts a cafe, petrol station, large mountain bike park, NZ's largest Holden Museum with luge and mini golf.

Walk 2 minutes down our road and enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Taranaki on a clear day. Walkway around the corner - 30 minutes bike ride to Fitzroy Beach/Te Rewa Rewa bridge. The House of ART offers a place to enjoy Art, Rest and Travel away from home and continental breakfast supplied to start your day. Located in a newly built subdivision just 5 minutes drive from New Plymouth Airport, and 10 minutes to the city centre. An enjoyable spot to relax and enjoy views down to the sea. A small local shopping centre is 3 mins drive away with supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and take-aways for your convenience. Our aim is to make your stay an enjoyable time away.

Listowel is a cosy, little cottage nestled amongst lush tropical flora, and a salt water swimming pool... simply stunning on a hot summers day. Our guests are able to take the opportunity to slow down and relax in their own private patio, where they are free to enjoy a nice beverage at the end of the day. Listowel is only a short walk to local shops, parks, New Plymouth CBD, the hospital, our beautiful coastline, and is located in Westown. 🌻 Relax ~ Enjoy ~ Have fun 🌻

Heart of Brooklands

Welcome to the Heart of Brooklands. We are located a 2 minute walk from the gates of the Bowl of Brooklands. Perfect for attending concerts, Festival of the Lights, WOMAD or for just roaming around Brooklands and Pukekura Parks. New Plymouth City is a short 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk through the park to the CBD. Guests have secure onsite parking on the premise. We provide a quiet newly built studio securely positioned to maximise privacy from the family home.

Comfortable self contained studio, with own access, 1 Double bed, own shower and toilet, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster , hot plate 2 elements., TV. Shopping centres, laundrette, takeaways, and cafes nearby. We no longer supply breakfast but milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar is supplied. Off street parking. 5 minutes to airport, 2 minutes to the beach and walkway. NOTE: due to thickness of the concrete walls WIFI is positional. ADULTS ONLY
