Renovated original beach house on quiet cul de sac adjoining natural bush. Wake up to the sound of surf and ocean views. Walk to idyllic beach, 200m via road or shorter on bush track. Indoor/outdoor living - large balcony - air-con/heating - 3 bedrooms + 2 new bathrooms - kitchen/dining/lounge and separate TV lounge. The owners use the rear granny flat on occasions, but the 2 houses are very separate. A wonderful escape, 75 minutes from Sydney CBD. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.
