Being a budget motel the rooms have no kitchens, however there's a kettle and little fridge for your use and of course a BBQ in the garden area.

There is private access, off street parking, a breakfast area, spa and netflix. We have 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite and superking beds. The main bedroom also has 2 single beds, the 2nd room has a single bed. Ask about a special rate for 1-3 guests. You will not get any closer to the new Stadium, the transitional Cathedral, and the CBD.
