Gosling Lodge is situated within the grounds of a 16th Century working arable farm. Overlooking an attractive pond packed full of wildlife, Gosling Lodge is the perfect place to relax and take in the rural surroundings of Durham's countryside. Comfortable living area with gas central heating, spacious bedroom with a king size bed, power shower in bathroom. A large decked area with table and chairs, wrapped in glass. Located in a beautiful fishing village, just a few minute walk to a stunning coastline and beaches, the village has great restaurants, cafe, Blues micro pub and a friendly pub ‘the jolly sailor’. 5 minute walk to Latimers fish restaurant, then further along the road is seaburn with plenty bars and restaurants, a stunning beach. There is buses from the village to Sunderland and South Shields. Why not walk along the stunning coastal path to South Shields or over cleadon hills with stunning views.

The building was an old library now converted into flats. The flat is on the ground floor with own entrance, private yard and parking. A home from home, fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. It is in a prime location, 10mins from the city center, 5mins walk from the scenic coastline. Close transport links to the A19 and A1. There are local shops a few doors down, including Asda, Lidl, bars, restaurants and several takeaways close by.
