The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

The hut is a 300m walk from the car park so pack light, bring coat, wellies and a torch; it gets dark here! Private compost loo. Private shower. Shared conventional wc at carpark. Sitting in the garden of a grade 2 listed cottage, it has its own entrance and patio doors leading to secluded alfresco dining area and garden. Eckington is a small friendly village within walking distance of two pubs, corner store, hairdresser, restaurant and a cookery school. We are close to the beautiful circular river Avon walk, and the deer park on Bredon Hill.
