Το διαμέρισμα Ageri 3 ανακαινίστηκε τον Μάιο του 2023 . Αποτελείται από δύο χώρους .Το υπνοδωμάτιο με το μπάνιο και την κουζίνα . Οι δύο χώροι επικοινωνούν μεταξύ τους με εσωτερική πόρτα. Είναι στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου ( υπερυψωμένο) , διαμπερές με μπαλκόνι με θέα και πρόσβαση στο καταπράσινο κήπο μας.
