It has also got a private roof terrace, nearly the size of the apartment, with access only for the residents , with full view of the sea and of Nisyrosisland. Ideal for families or parties up to six persons. It is located in one of the best areas of Kardamena village.

Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
