Our colourful house is located in Niton on the southern tip of the Island, it is a lovely village & well resourced with a grocery store, pub, post office, library but also within walking distance from a beach, beautiful walks and a great access point to the rest of the Island. Niton is a very peaceful place and our house is located off the main road right on the coastal footpath. We have a large garden and are well equipped for eating indoors or outdoors and generally relaxing on your holiday!

Located in the centre of Beaulieu, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in the beautiful village, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and adjacent dining and lounge/sun-room. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

A brilliant location close to the lots of local amenities all within a short walk. The Buddle Inn pub is a 5 minute stroll away. There is a beach cafe close to St Catherine’s lighthouse also a short walk away. We have tried to make this retreat as comfortable as possible, influenced by the Hamptons. Providing an "OFF GRID" Tiny House accommodation, is set within an established Food Forest Garden. It sleeps two adults with a double bed, that each morning you can wake to beautiful sea views, and offers a simple and efficient living space. There is a shepherds hut shower room with a combined dry compost toilet.. This accommodation is for over 18s only. No dogs.
