This stylish accommodation is perfect for the group travel. In the accommodation you can find 3 fully equipped apartments with their unique style. House is renovated with local craftmanship and old materials like stone, olive wood & stone sinks. It is made like our ancestors made their houses but with a luxury touch with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The house has a stylish private swimming pool, different terraces, and stone BBQ's. It is a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of the Kotor Bay.

Seaside Escape & Private Beach, Herceg Novi

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offer one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!
