Charming and quaint two-room apartment with fireplace nearby the Old Town, middle of parks and a romantic wooden house area called Kassisaba. Well equipped, ideal for couples and families (1-2 kids). A park for children across the street. Dog park 500 m away. Walking distance to the Old Town 1,3 km and to nearest restaurants 300 m. Trendy Telliskivi area is just a 15-minutes walk away. Parking is available in the yard. A small grocery shop just at the front door and an other one a block away.

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. Studio’s sauna (additional fee) has Saunum patented air mixing system that ensures exceptional steam that is soft, long, and evenly distributed throughout the steam room through Himalayan salt crystals. You will also have 140 cm expandable sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchen. Dogs are welcomed for short stays.
