Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.
