Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cottage. Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

The Barn is close to popular Cotswolds spots like Blenheim Palace, Chipping Norton, Bicester Village, Silverstone & a perfect post-festival decompression bolt-hole.

Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

Light & airy detached loft style accommodation. It has a double bed, small kitchenette with toaster, kettle, complimentary tea/coffee/milk, WiFi/Smart TV. The shower room has underfloor heating with hand wash & towels provided. Complete with off road parking. An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

Surrounded by beautiful woodland and set back from the road, enjoy a peaceful stay where you can truly relax. ​ With a fully fenced front and back garden we are perfectly set up for young families and dog owners alike.  ​Built in 1882 and sympathetically renovated in 2023 these old farm workers cottages have long been a single dwelling but still hold the stories of years gone by. 

The Old Bakehouse - a spacious 4 bedroomed cottage

Our spacious cottage is tucked into its own wildlife garden at the corner of the organic vegetable enterprise. Vegetables, fruit, bread, dairy, meat, and more, can be bought from our little shop which is yards from your backdoor. The cottage has four bedrooms and a good sized kichen/dining room and sitting room. It is available to book for short or long stays, with laundry facilities accessible to longer stays.

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
