Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character. Village location. 1 pub that does great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.

The house is equipped with an outdoor hot tub, set in a private garden with patio and barbecue area. It also has a spacious games room with full size snooker table, as well as two wood burners. There are two wheelchair accessible bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a wet room.

Located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB) the Beech Pod is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a relaxing getaway or to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. The pod has access to an indoor heated hot-tub. We are dog-friendly, and charge an extra fee of £30 for your stay (maximum of 2 dogs).
