It is ideally situated for the North Coast 500 route and locations from the time-travelling series ‘Outlander.’ There is a lovely seaview from the apartment where you may see the Moray Firth Bottlenose Dolphins, Otters, etc.

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Our cottage is located in the picturesque village of North Kessock on the Beauly Firth, outskirts of Inverness (the Black Isle) - a great neighbourhood at the start of the NC500 route. Short walk to hotel with bar & restaurant, café, local grocery shop/post office, bakers & gift shop. Nightlife & many restaurants available in Inverness, 10 minutes drive. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families (with kids). Easy access to all transport links. We welcome everybody.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Our renovated Old School is the ideal location from which to explore Inverness, the Black Isle, and the NC500. Just ten minutes by car from Inverness town centre we are in a beautiful rural location on the Black Isle. Finished to a high standard, our bright and airy property has excellent facilities, and is somewhere you can relax, and use as your base for walking, cycling, or touring. We have a large garden which you are welcome to use, and a secure shed for cyclists to store bikes.
