Welcome to our historic Victorian home in downtown Muskegon, just blocks from Muskegon Lake and 5 miles from Lake Michigan. We've spent years lovingly restoring our old home, and we're excited to share it with you. This elegant retreat offers a blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. A few highlights of our home are the expansive front and back porches, beautiful woodwork, tiled fireplace, and well equipped kitchen. Our home is also in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and museums.

Our Lake Michigan home is the perfect getaway. Situated on its own sand dune with a west-facing deck (sunsets) & views of both Lake Michigan & North Sand Lake, our 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is perfect for a beach vacation, work retreat or if you just need to get away. Our property backs up to the lovely new Dune Harbor Park. You'll have foot access to our private Lake Michigan beach and the Dune Harbor trails, all while being 15 mins away from both downtown Grand Haven & Muskegon.

Sip your coffee, bask in the sunshine and have a bonfire while catching the sunset overlooking Muskegon Lake. Before the first-rate sunset you’ll be surrounded by views of sand dunes, the ferry crossing regularly, native birds, and the channel to Lake Michigan. Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Welcome to the Lake House, a tiny house with a big beachy vibe. Featuring a small kitchenette, complete with a mini frig, microwave, and an induction heat plate with a small set of cookware and dishes, plus a comfortable loft space with a queen-sized bed.
