Villa Kataja lomamökki Paljakassa

Vuonna 2014 valmistunut Mökkimme sijaitsee Paljakassa, lähellä hiihtolatuja ja maastopyöräilyreittejä. Mökin tilat sijaisevat kahdessa kerroksessa. Lasikaiteinen koko mökin levyinen terassi antaa mahdollisuuden aistia luonnon rauhan niin talvella kuin kesälläkin. Pihalla sijaitsee puuvarasto, nuotiopaikka sekä palju. A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Maastopyöräilemään, vaeltamaan tai hiihtämään pääsee suoraan mökin pihasta. Syötteen palvelut ja hiihtokeskus on vain muutaman minuutin autolla ajomatkan päässä (n. 5km). Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö: astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ym. Mukavuuksina suihku, wc, ilmanlämpöpumppu. Tilaa 4–5 hengelle, rantasauna varattavissa erikseen 30€/h, (sauna lämmitetään valmiiksi ja vuorot klo.18-22 välillä)
