Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream!

I bed 1 newly renovated bathroom studio apartment secondary unit with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

Great place, great reviews, great price

Beautifully furnished and remodeled sound front townhome located 1.5 blocks to the beach access. My home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home (3rd bedroom set up as an additional living area to take advantage of the view of the pool and sound). 1 Queen and 2 twins. Hands on owner has rented his beach homes for 29 years and is focused on excellent customer service so that his guests have a wonderful stay! Well stocked kitchen, wifi, full size washer/dryer, community pool and pier.

“Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville.
