Studio Tonka

Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Hiking and cycling trails can be found all around the Studio.A pebbly beach can be found 900 m away. A grocery store can be found 700 m away. Parking is provided.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Pješčana Uvala in der Nähe des Waldes Soline, 4 km von der antiken Stadt Pula entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

Si trova circa 1,5 km a piedi o in auto a circa 4 km dal paese di Castelletto di Brenzone S/G, dove ci sono ristoranti, pizzerie, gelateria e mini market. My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples. We really enjoy telling you the best places to visit and the best country restaurants in the vicinity.
