Badestrände findet man direkt vor der Wohnung. Es handelt sich um eine ruhiges familienfreundliches Gebäude, die Unterkunft ist keineswegs für Partygäste!

Terrace with a beautiful view and barbecue is there for your every need, just as fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioning units, TV, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (+ one couch), so it's suitable for 8 people. Parking is free for up to 3 cars, and you'll have a separate entrance (1st floor), while hosts live in the ground floor. Welcome! :)

Green Garden Apartment Novalja

The Apartment is situated in the quiet/peaceful part of Novalja. Two beaches are only half a minute away, one paved with concrete, the other one pebbly on the shore and sandy under the water, suitable for families with small children. A beautiful yard and lots of greenery surround the apartment. The guests have a secured parking space as well. If preferable, one can also walk the pedestrian path, leading all the way from the apartment to the centre of Novalja.

In the Picture with the Map of Novalja (Močišćak Street) the Street that leads to the Parking lot is marked in Blue. The Apartment is accessible from both Sides.

Just two hundred meters away from well known Babe beach and main promenade which leads you to the city center on the east. A coffee bar and a restaurant are a few steps away from apartment. The City bus station Samorašnji put is a few meters away from the apartment, from where the bus will take you to the famous party beach Zrće!
